Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • How long of a waiting period is the waiting list?

    Depending which waiting list you are currently on, waiting lists can be anywhere from 6 months to a 2-year waiting period.

  • I was not able to select my bedroom size.

    You will be place on the waiting list that you qualify for. Qualifying depends on how many people you will have living with you. A child must be 2 years old before they can be considered for their own room.

  • I just applied online what is next?

    Please check your email for the approval or denial of your application. If your application is denied, the same email or an additional email will state the reason you are denied. If your application is approved, you will receive an approval email. Applications will be approved or denied within 48 hours of applying, not including the weekends or holidays.

  • What do I do when I receive an approval email?

    Please wait for an orientation letter that will be sent to the address on file. Keep address and phone number always updated.

  • I was not able to upload any documentation.

    Please wait until you are contacted to bring us your documents. If you can upload your documents, please do so on the portal.

  • I do not want to apply online; I want a paper application.

    We strive to offer the easiest technology for applying and processing applications online. If you cannot apply online and are 55 years or older you may request a paper application from the Leasing Department.

  • How can I update the information on my application?

    You can do this by logging back in to your account and updating or come to the central office to complete an updated form.
